性质描述: 无色结晶。熔点240℃（分解）。溶于水、醇、氨水及乙酸，不溶于醚、苯、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二硫化碳和四氯化碳。

其水溶液或微碱性水溶液能被空气氧化成胱氨酸，酸性溶液较为稳定。

First Aid Measures
