1、操作仪器前，应先阅读本使用说明书，严格按说明书的操作程序进行，不得错序，特此说明：要排除量钵内的压力空气，不得用[ 操作阀 ]排气，因为会将量钵顶面的水泥浆带入空气室沉积，而影响以后的测试结果，

2、骨料粒不得大于40m，超出者需筛除。

3、目前，我国各部所颁布的混凝土试验规程，对混凝土捣实方法的规定是并列人工捣实和振动捣实两种方法。同一种混凝土拌合物，用人工插捣法捣实混凝土所测含气量，较振动捣实的高。

4、测试完毕，应将所有沾有水泥浆的零部件清洗干净。

5.仪器出厂已经过校正，用户可不必进行标定。
