一般描述
Vegitone Tryptic Soy Broth is a general purpose medium used for the cultivation of a wide variety of microorganisms. It is recommended for sterility testing of molds ａnd lower bacteria. It contains no material derived from animals.
Vegitone; casein soya broth is a non-selective enrichment media for the cultivation of Streptococci.

用于培养多种微生物的通用型培养基。推荐用于霉菌和低等真菌的无菌试验。不含动物源性物质。
制备说明
Suspend 30 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
