一般描述
Fluorocult® Lauryl sulfate broth + MUG (acc. ISO 11866 ａnd FDA-BAM) is used to examine Escherichia coli in food, milk, ａnd milk products. The lauryl sulfate inhibits the growth of undesirable microbial flora. The presence of E. coli is indicated by fluorescence under a long-wavelength UV lamp. A positive indole reaction ａnd gas formation due to the fermentation of lactose confirm the results.
